Purchases through the DropBucket webshop is for business customers only (B2B). We reserve the right to cancel any order that has been placed in the webshop by a private customer. Private customers (B2C) must contact us by email hello@dropbucket.com or by phone +45 60 16 66 90 in order to purchase directly from us.
All purchases and shipments of products that are processed through the DropBucket webshop are subject to the terms and conditions as presented here.

Payment
We accept payment by credit cards. In the webshop, only prices excluding Danish VAT are shown. Business customers outside of Denmark may be exempt from Danish VAT. Danish business customers are always subject to Danish VAT. Although multiple currencies are visible in the webshop, all transactions during checkout are done in the currency of Danish Kroner, DKK. All transaction fees related to the payment of the invoice(s) must be paid by the customer.

Shipping
With purchases through the webshop, we currently ship to customers from countries within the European Union (EU).
We use PostNord for parcel shipments and a variety of couriers for pallet transport.
DropBucket waste bins are packed up to 100 units on a standard EUR-pallet under typical conditions.
Shipping prices are added and shown at checkout when purchasing through the webshop.
Above mentioned methods of shipment are guidelines only, and we reserve the right to choose whatever method of shipment that we find best fitting for the individual order.

Cancellation and Returns
In case that a customer wants to cancel an order, they should contact and notify DropBucket ApS as soon as possible. Any cancellation is required to be in writing (email) and be in our hands no later than 14 days after the order has been shipped from our warehouse. The cancelled shipment needs to be returned and delivered to our warehouse no later than 14 days after the cancellation. When the order has been returned, inspected for use and damage, we will process the return payment as soon as possible.
If the order consists of ‘Standard’-type waste bins only, and if it has not yet been packed at our warehouse, we will cancel the order without any costs, and refund the full payment. If the order contains ‘Customized’ waste bins and they have been sent for production before cancellation is notified, these units cannot be subject to any refund.
If the order has left our warehouse facility before the cancellation has been notified, it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange and pay for return-shipment to our warehouse. If the returned products have not been used and show no signs of damage, the customer is eligible to receive a refund that corresponds to the original payment minus 20% in return processing fees.

Warranty
DropBuckets waste bins are covered by a limited warranty. We replace any waste bins that are not functioning due to faults in production, without charge. 
The waste bins are made for outdoor use at many types of events. DropBucket ApS cannot be held responsible for: improper installation, vandalism or similar external factors that are out of our hands. 
If the waste bins appear to have any faults or damage upon receipt, please contact us and kindly provide us with photo documentation, and we will find a solution.
